Dammit shia7/12/2023 So, when Shouta did see it for the first time, he informed her of what it reminded him of. To avoid knowing the emotions of everyone she saw, and the accompanying migraines caused by her secondary quirk, Shia usually kept her right eye hidden. "It's not my fault it's true." He shrugged the shoulder he wasn't resting his head on. "Yup, you definitely look like my first cat." He smirked, staring at her right eye.Īnd, just like that, all her fluttering and drowning flew out of the window as a snort of laughter escaped her. Her stomach fluttered, and she drowned even more in his dark pools. They mirrored her own, but they belonged to him. Instantly, a wave of emotions that weren't hers swept over her. In her peripheral vision, his hand came up to her face and brushed her long fringe back from where it rested on her right eye. It was by no means a long kiss, but it filled her insides with warmth nonetheless. The dim bedroom lighting had turned his dark grey orbs pure black. "Not that hard now, is it?" Shia purred, her eyes drowning in those deep, dark pools of his. They both shared his bent arm as a pillow, letting the blanket drop on them, his other arm brought her body to further rest against his. Shia wasted no time, nestling her body in the space he created under the blanket. He looked like a giant winged creature spreading its wing about to take flight. Shouta gave her a long look, then sighed, raising his hand that held the edge of the blanket. Just be a good boy and give me back my half of the blanket." Shia's grin spread across her face at that. "I can't believe we're having this conversation again," he said when he finally opened his eyes. Shouta just sighed, sliding his eyes shut. "So, I have to wear socks to bed, so you can hog the damn blanket all to yourself?" "That's why I got you those dang socks! If you'd just wear them…" he gritted out. Shouta turned to face her and narrowed his eyes as soon as he saw her smirk. "Serves you right for hogging the blanket all to yourself." Shia shot back with a smirk. Shouta flinched as freezing icicles touched the small of his back.
